It took over two weeks and still no parts from coachman that makes it. They told me to get a heater while they worked on getting the part. I asked for a loaner trailer as they said they had none. A Thermostate is a generic deal that works on any trailer. They just wanted the part from the manufactuere that wouldn&amp;#39;t return they&amp;#39;re call. So they passed the bad business on to me. I&amp;#39;ve called in for several days to get a response and was told several times it&amp;#39;s on the way but when presured they didn&amp;#39;t return the call. Great deal but they can&amp;#39;t back up the warranty of the products they sell and can&amp;#39;t back it up. As I was told that I can buy a space heater to hold me over till they get the parts in. Not sure on what you would say but it&amp;#39;s a piss poor manager to say.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/21589826/7850196669771843646/comments/default/9119749478198090528'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/21589826/7850196669771843646/comments/default/9119749478198090528'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://blog.rvtraderonline.com/2009/08/towable-rvs-help-rv-industry-make.html?showComment=1255557762267#c9119749478198090528' title=''/><author><name>dave</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/09633941882121361321</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://blog.rvtraderonline.com/2009/08/towable-rvs-help-rv-industry-make.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21589826.post-7850196669771843646' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/21589826/posts/default/7850196669771843646' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
